TNtv Malta uses the minimum information needed to provide trials, manage accounts, prevent misuse and offer support.
Trial information
When you request a trial, we process your email address, a protected device or browser identifier, limited network information, generated TNtv credentials and the trial expiry. We use these details to create the trial, prevent repeated trials and email you a private copy of your login details.
Email delivery
Trial emails contain the TNtv server, generated username, generated password and expiry. They are sent only to the address entered in the trial form. Credentials are not placed in links, analytics or URL parameters.
Retention and security
A one-way email and device identifier may be kept for abuse prevention. Delivery data and account records are retained only as needed for service, security and legal obligations. The streaming server currently uses HTTP, so keep your generated credentials private.
Your choices
You can decline optional advertising measurement using the site prompt. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact TNtv support. Some security records may need to be retained to prevent repeated trial abuse.
